What’s Changing
We’ve listened to your feedback and worked to enhance your testing experience. One major improvement is the integration of a chat feature directly within the OPT platform. Effective April 17, no more downloading additional software or struggling to find the chatbox – it’s all now seamlessly integrated right where you need it.
When a proctor sends a message, a bright red “Support” message bubble will catch your eye, making it easier than ever to connect with your proctor and get the assistance you need. This enhancement is expected to greatly enhance the user experience, streamline the process, and ensure a smoother testing journey for all.
We’re putting the final touches on these exciting improvements and can’t wait for you to experience them firsthand.
