July 2, 2024—CCO is pleased to announce a Telehandler Practical Exam Proctor Credentialing Workshop to be held in Harrisburg, PA, on August 21–22, 2024.
As part of CCO’s move to online processes, registration is now done online through the Testing Personnel Dashboard in myCCO. For those who need assistance accessing the Testing Personnel Dashboard for the first time, please contact the Testing Personnel Credentials Team.
Prior to attending a Practical Exam Proctor Program (PEPP) credentialing workshop for the first time, each new Practical Exam Proctor (PEP) is required to attend a Core Webinar, which covers content common to all programs and is delivered virtually. Current PEPs who already hold the Proctor–Practical credential are not required to attend the Core Webinar. There is an annual training access fee of $100 to maintain all PEP credentials, regardless of the number of credentials held, which includes attending the virtual Core Webinar. You will not be able to register for a PEPP credentialing workshop if you have not completed the Proctor–Practical credential.
Who Should Attend:
CCO reviews all potential participants' applications before admission to the workshop is granted. Certification in the Telehandler program is not required when applying to attend the workshop; however, applicants are required to pass the Telehandler Core Written Exam. In addition, THO PEP credentials will not be awarded until certification has been obtained. The PEP credential earned will depend on the certification earned. Spots cannot be reserved pending the Proctor-Practical credential or written exam results. The Telehandler workshop is strictly limited to 10 participants and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Practical Exams Offered:
To assist workshop attendees with completing their certification, practical exams will be offered at the workshop location on Tuesday, August 20, as a separate part of this event. Those who wish to participate in the practical exam administration will need to first register for the Telehandler practical exam in their myCCO portal, and then notify us when they complete their workshop registration in order to obtain scheduling and host contact information. Please note that participation in the practical exam administration is optional and not required in order to attend the PEPP Workshop. Space is limited and not guaranteed.
