Articulating Crane Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop Scheduled

The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) is pleased to announce an Articulating Crane Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop. The Articulating Crane Practical Examiner Workshop will be held February 28-March 1, 2014, in Las Vegas, NV. A one-day refresher will be held on February 28, 2014, for those Practical Examiners needing to re-accredit.

NCCCO reviews all potential participants' applications before admission to the Workshop is granted. All applications must include payment and resumes or will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. The articulating crane workshop is strictly limited to eleven (11) participants. The workshop is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All candidates attending the Articulating Boom Crane Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshop must hold current CCO articulating crane operator certification.

This workshop will have an Articulating Boom Crane only. There will be no Articulating Boom Loader (ABL) available at this workshop.

Attendees at NCCCO Practical Examiner Accreditation Workshops are required to retake and pass the Practical Exam(s) for the category(ies) in which they hold NCCCO Certification and wish to receive accreditation as a Practical Examiner. Attendees failing Practical Exam(s) at the workshop will be required to re-test within 30 days after receipt of their workshop results. These exams must be conducted in the presence of an approved NCCCO Practical Examiner.  Failure to pass the subsequent Practical Exam(s) will result in revocation of NCCCO Certification for that category.

Deadline to Register:

The deadline to register for this workshop is February 17, 2014. Please fill out the Workshop Application and return it to NCCCO's Salt Lake City Office via fax at 801-363-3806 or via email to ejones@nccco.org in PDF format.
