Incidents Involving Safety Issues
(A) In its reasonable discretion, if and when sufficient information is provided, NCCCO may carry out investigations of certificants involved in workplace incidents involving safety issues and a likely violation of NCCCO’s Code of Ethics.
(B) Upon a finding of good cause for the imposition of a sanction against a certificant, such matters shall be referred to the Ethics & Discipline Committee.
(C) In general, cases relating to incidents involving safety issues shall be handled pursuant to the procedures of the Ethics & Discipline committee.
